at The Kitchen @ the Mills, 222 Lake Street, Yonkers, part of the new 222Mills restoration in Yonkers' Alexander Smith Carpet Mills Historic District. It is at the intersection of Lake Street and Nepperhan Avenue.

1. LAKE AVENUE PARKING
There is free parking on the south side of Lake Avenue right in front of 222 Lake Avenue. Please note: you are unable to park on the west corner of Lake Avenue and Nepperhan Avenue and will receive a ticket. |

2. PARKING BEHIND BUILDING
First, you will enter through a shared driveway on the southside of Lake Avenue. Stay to the right and you will drive over a short bridge. You will see parking spaces, the entrance from the back of the building along with The Kitchen at the Mills sign.

3. NEPPERHAN AVENUE
There are free parking spots located at Nepperhan Avenue and Orchard Place. On GPS, you can use the address of 547 Nepperhan Avenue, Yonkers, NY 10701.
It is about a 3 minute walk from our Nepperhan Avenue parking to 222 Lake Avenue. You will see the below signs at this location:
